Having A Great Summer

I hope you all are having a great summer. We are already very busy. We are really enjoying a break from school and we're having fun with all of our summer activities.
Recently we took Nathan & Jessica, along with some friends (the Wegener family) from our church, to our local county airport. They have a program there called "Young Eagles". Children 7 to 17 get to learn about airplanes and get to fly with a local pilot and see the neighborhood. It was a great experience. Nathan loves anything that has to do with airplanes so he thought it was the best thing ever to get to fly in an airplane.

We had to wait a couple of hours for our turn to fly so we had to keep the little ones out of trouble. Nathan Sr. did a great job keeping them occupied. Plus, it kept him out of trouble!!!!!!!
